Need:  
8 lollipop sticks, 2 red taffy candy strips (such as cherry Air Heads), 2 white taffy candy strips (such as mystery flavor Air Heads), (Or choose any 2 different colors of candy) 

Preheat oven to 300*.  Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.  Arrange 4 sticks on each baking sheets spaced at least 3 inches apart. 
For each lollipop:  Place a red strip on top of a white strip.  Stretch the strips together so that they are the same length and elongated a little bit.  Roll strips together into a loose spiral and lay over the top edge of the lollipop stick.
Bake just until candy melts together (about 2 - 3 minutes).  Remove from oven and cool at least 3 hours.
