Need:  
1 pkg of Lipton Mexican Rice, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 small can of corn, 1 T salsa, and 1/2 cup of cheese.

Make the rice according to pkg directions.  Mix everything together and bake in a casserole dish at 350* for 25 - 30 minutes.
