Need:  3 potatoes peeled and cubed, peppers, onions, 6 eggs and some shredded cheese.

Boil potatoes.  Put the potatoes in skillet for about 10 minutes.  Make 6 wells into potatoes and add an egg to each one.  Break apart the yolk a bit.  Cover and cook for about 10 more minutes.   Serve with some salsa!
