Need:  
1/2 lb italian sausage, 12 eggs, shredded cheese, onion, peppers, salt and pepper to your liking.

Brown the sausage and drain.  Beat the eggs.  Add in onion, peppers, salt and pepper.  Stir in sausage and cheese.  Spoon 1/2 cupfuls into greased muffin cups.  Bake at 350* for 20 - 25 minutes.  Makes 1 dozen
