Need:  
1 box of brownies, 2 containers of whipped topping, and 1 pkg of chocolate pudding.

Make the brownies according to the package in a 9x13 pan.  Cool then cut the brownies into bite size pieces.  Mix pudding according to the box.  Layer 1/3 brownies then 1/3 pudding then 1/3  whipped topping.  Repeat this 2 more times until everything is used up.  You can sprinkle a few brownie pieces on the top or other chocolate pieces.  Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.  This dessert looks great in a clear bowl!
