Cupcakes Need:
1 batch of cookie dough, 12-24 mini
cupcake papers, mini cupcake tin, 1 container of frosting Preheat the oven according to cookie dough package or recipe. Drop teaspoonfuls of the dough into the cupcake papers and bake them as if they were cookies. When they are out of the oven, form a well into the warm cookie dough and let them cool. Once the cookie dough has cooled with a well in the middle, pipe some frosting into the well of your cookie cupcake. Make sure the cookie dough has thoroughly cooled or the frosting will melt! Decorate however you would like! These are great for showers, birthday parties, holidays etc. Decorate them according to the season or the occasion. You can dye the frosting to your choice of color and add other decorations to the top of the cupcake.
