Need:  
fruit roll ups, rice krispie bar mix and red licorice

Lay out a fruit rollup.  Add a glob of rice krispie mix to the top and then lay a piece of licorice on top of that in the middle.   Roll up the fruit roll up and then let sit.  Cut into 1 inch pieces.
